DoctorCare is a leading Canadian HealthTech company focused on improving the operations and revenue management of medical practices.   • Go-to-Market Execution: Designed customer acquisition funnels, digital marketing plans, and team hiring frameworks to ensure seamless rollout and long-term adoption.
