Dubai SME, operating under the Department of Economy and Tourism, faced an underdeveloped startup pipeline at the idea and MVP stages. The government needed to promote entrepreneurship as a viable career path for youth, capture founders at scale, provide structured learning and mentorship with MVP support, evaluate startups objectively, and allocate funding transparently.
Innavera designed and delivered an end-to-end digital startup ecosystem combining platform technology, program architecture, and implementation support. We designed the full startup journey from awareness to funding, built an integrated online platform covering registration, onboarding, learning modules, mentorship matching, scoring systems, and funding disbursement. Marketing funnels were deployed across universities, social media, and business hubs. An evaluation and funding mechanism was built with scoring and review systems for expert panels. We delivered the program live with sessions, workshops, and mentorship activities.
